Each case of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is unique. This is why, at our clinic, we tailor-fit each client’s OCD treatment plan to fit the individual needs of that client alone. In order to facilitate the best care, we offer varying levels of treatment intensity. Our goal is to meet clients wherever they are in their OCD journey, and guide them through a step-down treatment plan.

The following OCD treatment services are available through our clinic.

Individual Therapy

One-on-one therapy at our counseling office. Our approach is evidence-based, active, and goal-oriented. We value strong therapeutic relationships and create a safe environment that is free of judgement. We also provide in-home treatment and public exposures for clients struggling with symptoms within their home or in particular environments.

Group Therapy

We facilitate group therapy every Tuesday evening from 7:00-8:30pm. The group is for anyone with OCD who has been treated with ERP or is currently in ERP, regardless of what stage you are in treatment. In group, you will learn about the biological components of OCD, the nature of OCD and how it manifests itself, and techniques to combat OCD. Skills learned will vary from mindfulness-based approaches, exposure techniques, art therapy, and more.

Intensive Psychotherapy

This option is ideal for individuals needing more than once a week therapy due to more severe symptoms.

Online Psychotherapy

For individuals who may be unable to attend appointments in office for a variety of reasons, online therapy offers you the option of having a full counseling session via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.

Out-of-Office Therapy / In-Home Sessions

Therapy sessions conducted outside the office that expose individuals to real-world situations to maximize exposure gains.

Psychoeducation Classes

We offer classes and presentations to help educate professionals, individuals, and family members of loved ones with OCD and anxiety-related disorders. Please contact us for more information. symptoms or who are looking to intensely focus their recovery in a shorter period of time.
