It’s normal for there to be highs and lows, ups and downs, peaks and valleys. The goal of therapy is to learn how to successfully navigate the ups and downs of life. We can learn so much about what doesn’t work for us from the lows we experience, and that is just as important as learning about what does work for us from the highs.
